CENSUS INFORMATION
New family information for updating the district’s census information should be reported to the office of the elementary school where your student(s) currently attends or will attend when entering kindergarten. The School Census form is available in PDF format on the district’s web site, www.deforest.k12.wi.us (About our District - Enrollment & Registration). The form is also available from any elementary school office.
