Administrative Regulations

Administrative Regulations

The board is currently updating the Administrative Regulations, which continue to fit the mission of our District to provide an excellent education and engage, challenge, and inspire all students to pursue their full potential. School board members continually work to improve their leadership of the school district with a focus on student achievement. They remain dedicated to ensuring rigorous accountability and compliance with the board’s policies, and regularly monitoring organizational performance.

The DeForest Area School Board of Education establishes the policies that govern how the district operates.  From these policies, more specific administrative regulations are then created to guide day-to-day operations and activities of staff and students.  Following are catagories of administrative regulations:

Global Executive Constraints
Communication and Support to the Board
Treatment of Staff
Treatment of Students
Compensation and Benefits
Programs and Services
Financial Conditions and Activities
Budgeting
Asset Protection
Facilities
Facility use
Emergency Superintendent Succession
