The DeForest Area School District shall not discriminate on employment against properly qualified and eligible individuals by reason of age, culture, religion, color, ethnicity, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, language, disability, economic status, creed, marital status, handicap, military membership, veteran status, ancestry, arrest/conviction record, political affiliation, genetics, homeless status, or use of a lawful product off District premises during non-working hours in its educational programs or activities, or any other reason prohibited by State and Federal laws.
