November 24, 2020 - "The eighth-graders have just completed their digital mosaic unit, and they did NOT disappoint. I think this one will have to move from the virtual teaching vault to the permanent curriculum. All of these were created in Google Drawing. November 5, 2020 - In lieu of clay, Stacy Johnson's 8th grade students have opted for a more humble art sculpting medium: toilet paper.
"That's right, all of these sculptures have been created using wet toilet paper. It was a new process for all of us, but like they do, the kids rose to the occasion. We focused on the importance of combining real and fabricated items to fool the eye and harnessed the magic of natural light when photographing artwork. They truly look good enough to eat!" ~Stacy Johnson
