- Eligible Employees: Regularly scheduled full and part-time employees who meet the eligibility for enrollment in Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS)
- Amount of District Paid Coverage: 2 times prior year's annual earnings of term life coverage (1x Base + 1x Supplemental)
- Accidental Death Benefit: The amount of Accidental Death, Dismemberment, and Loss of Use (AD&D) coverage is equal to the total amount of your insurance under the Basic, Supplemental and Additional coverages.
- Additional Life Coverage (for employee purchase): Optional additional coverage equal to 1, 2 or 3 times prior year's earnings available.
- Spouse & Dependent Life (for employee purchase): 1 Unit = Spouse $10,000 / Each Dependent Child $5,000 (premium $1.60/month) 2 Units = Spouse $20,000 / Each Dependent Child $10,000 (premium $3.20/month)
