Continuous Improvement Plan
The DeForest Area School District’s Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) is guided by a commitment to educational equity and is structured around three foundational pillars: Learning Excellence, which focuses on maintaining or increasing student proficiency in literacy and numeracy while improving behavioral consistency; Exceptional Staff, which aims to increase employee engagement and retention by fostering a culture where staff feel highly likely to recommend the district as a premier place of employment; and Supportive Facilities & Operations, which ensures long-term organizational health through fiscal soundness, updated technology replacement plans, and the implementation of rigorous safety and security protocols.
Together, these pillars drive the district’s mission to engage, challenge, and inspire every learner to reach their full potential within a safe and resource-aligned environment.
