4K Online Enrollment

ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR CHILDREN ENTERING 4K

Families will enroll their child(ren) online through Skyward Family Access; children must be four years old on or before September 1 for the upcoming school year. (Enrollment opens the first Monday in February)

Online enrollment for 4K will include a Placement Information Form. All families must complete the placement form to guide 4K student placement decisions by the DASD. 4K Directions for Online Enrollment

• If you currently have a Skyward Family Access account: log in to Skyward Family Access and look for the "Online Enrollment" tab
• If your family is entering the DeForest Area School District for the first time: please click here to get started

During the enrollment process, you will:

• Complete the Placement Information Form
• Upload the following documents:
  • child's birth certificate • proof of residency • immunization records • parental ID • court-ordered custody documents, if applicable
