The DeForest Area School District is in the process of switching student information systems and will no longer be using Skyward in the 2026-27 School Year. Our new system, Infinite Campus, will be live and taking NEW Student Enrollment starting in July 2026. Login information will be provided to families after Online Registration.
For years, we have utilized Skyward to manage student data. Recently, Skyward announced a mandatory transition to a new platform. Knowing that our families and staff would be required to learn a new system regardless of which path we took, we used this as an opportunity to perform a comprehensive review of all available options. Our goal was simple: find the platform that best meets the needs of our community.
After evaluating multiple systems, we are excited to announce that we are moving to Infinite Campus. We chose this platform because it offers:
- Superior Mobile Access: A highly-rated "Campus Parent" app that puts everything you need on your phone.
- Real-Time Data: Instant notifications for attendance, assignments, and grades.
- Streamlined Experience: A more modern, user-friendly interface that reduces the time you spend searching for information.
Change can be a challenge, but we believe this shift is a significant upgrade for our district. Thank you for your partnership as we modernize our systems to better serve our students.

Where do I sign up for an account?
Parent & Student accounts are created in Infinite Campus AFTER the New Student Online Enrollment Application has been approved by the District Registrar. Parents/guardians will receive an email stating the student’s enrollment status and instructions on how to log in to Infinite Campus after Annual Online Registration is completed.
Student Access to Infinite Campus will be given when the student starts school.
